The ReCODE app, and accompanying Apple Watch app, enable Apollo Health participants to monitor their adherence to the ReCODE Protocol, created by Dr. Dale Bredesen, for the reversal of Alzheimer’s & dementia. The app allows participants to track and monitor all of their daily tasks and activities, view their cognitive test results, download their ReCODE Report, watch town halls, read protocol guides, and set up personal health devices such as Apple Watch, Fit Bit, and Oura Ring to automatically import their health data.
The majority of the app was implemented in Flutter & Dart, for cross-platform support, with some native Kotlin, Swift & SwiftUI for device specific functionality (Siri, iOS Widgets, Dynamic Island, Live Lock Screen, Apple Watch). Some of the frameworks used by the app are HealthKit, WatchKit, Google Firebase, and Crashlytics.
